Data collected

When you create an account (via email or Google), the following data is collected: username, e-mail address, and password (stored as a secure hash — never in plain text, or absent for Google-only accounts). If you use Google Sign-In, we additionally receive your Google user identifier (sub) and, optionally, your Google profile picture URL. During gameplay, your progress (current level, score, lives) and game statistics are saved.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed exclusively for the purpose of providing the service: account authentication and saving your game progress. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

Google Sign-In

This site offers authentication via Google Sign-In (Google LLC, USA). When you use this feature, Google transmits the following data to our server: your unique Google identifier, your verified e-mail address, your display name, and optionally your profile picture URL. No Google account token or password is ever stored. The data transferred by Google is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Data may be transferred to Google servers in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time via the contact form.

Data recipients

Your personal data is not sold, rented, or transferred to any third party, with the following exceptions: Google LLC for audience analysis (Google Analytics 4, see "Cookies" below) and, if you use Google Sign-In, Google LLC acting as an identity provider to authenticate your account.

Cookies

This site uses two categories of cookies:

Strictly necessary cookie (no consent required)
A PHP session cookie (PHPSESSID) is used solely for authentication and saving your game progress. It contains no personal data, does not track your browsing, and is deleted when you close your browser.

Analytics cookies (consent required)
If you give your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA), which deposits the following cookies:

• _ga — distinguishes unique visitors (expires after 2 years)
• _ga_F1YZT5241N — session state (expires after 2 years)

These cookies collect anonymised data (pages visited, approximate location, device type). No personal data enabling identification is transmitted to Google. Data may be transferred to Google servers in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
